Due Dates:
Yearly dues are due April 1 of each year. Dues are delinquent after May 30 of each year. A penalty of $15.00 per month beginning June 1 of each year will be charged on all delinquencies. The same rules apply to golf cart storage fees, pool assessment, and capital improvement assessment.
The Board of Directors shall have the right to place in inactive status any member who has not paid prescribed dues, assessments, or other charges. Inactive members shall not be entitled to the use of any of the Club facilities.
